Pursuant to § 39.1.7 of Decree of Minister of Finance of 19 October 2005 on current and periodical reports provided by issuers of securities (Dz.U.2005, No. 209, item 1744), the Management Board of "POLICE" informs that on 27 May 2006 the General Shareholders Meeting took a decision on dividend payout from 2005 net profit. The dividend in PLN 0.34 per share, i.e. in total PLN 25,500,000.00. the ex-dividend date
(so-called "D day") was fixed at 20 June 2006 and the day of dividend payout
(so-called "W day") was fixed at 18 August 2006.
