The principle of establishing of new entities is to spin off companies with 100% shares of Zakłady Chemiczne "POLICE" SA from the company structures or taking over tasks and employees by external companies.

• CENTRUM electrical engineering, systems, services Sp. z o.o.
• "Koncept" Sp. z o.o.
• REMECH repair and investment group Sp. z o.o
• "Supra" Agrochemia Sp. z o.o.
• "Transtech" equipment and transport services Sp. z o.o.

and 48.96% of shares in the company of

• Budchem Sp. z o.o.

The above mentioned companies also provide services to other entities and to Zakłady Chemiczne "POLICE" SA, they purchase utilities and infrastructural services from Zakłady Chemiczne "POLICE" SA; they also lease premises and objects from Zakłady Chemiczne "POLICE" SA.

Zakłady Chemiczne "POLICE" SA is also the owner of 33.99% of shares in the company:

• Kemipol Sp. z o.o.

that manufactures products on the basis of waste copperas purchased from Zakłady Chemiczne "POLICE" SA.

In 2004, new economic entities with shares of Zakłady Chemiczne "POLICE" SA were appointed that are an important element of the development strategy of the company:

• "INFRAPARK POLICE" SA - 52,8% of shares
• "Zarząd Morskiego Portu Police" Sp. z o.o. - 90% of shares

The above mentioned entities are at the stage of commencement of activity.
